Bob has a degree in psychology from Miami University (Ohio) and an MBA from Xavier University. Prior to establishing Executive Insights, Bob served as vice president of development within Dover Corporation, where his specific emphasis was on business planning processes and leadership development initiatives. In another management role, Bob led a technology-based business from startup to global presence. Executive Insights is Bob Parsanko's sole professional endeavor. It encompasses a unique combination of management skills and resources — including a valuable affiliation with the Center for Creative Leadership — as well as public speaking with such groups as the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) and other executive audiences. The Executive Insights retreat cottage is a river's edge meeting facility located 35 minutes east of downtown Cincinnati and the Greater Cincinnati International Airport. It provides a comfortable off-site environment where executives are encouraged to explore personal and professional issues and opportunities in complete confidentiality.
